You agree to our Terms of Conditions for use or DTP Service. You may be required to register on the Website in order make purchase one or multiple DTP Services. Once registered, you will be able to log into your account using your chosen usernames and passwords. You agree that the security of their DTP Service user account is solely your responsibility. You may not impersonate another person and you are required to associate your real identity with your account.

When you purchase Services or Products, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. The Services are only available to you and you may not transfer them to any other person without our express, written consent. We may refuse to give consent for this at our discretion.

We collect your personal information through the Website’s registration form in order to successfully complete the registration process. We process personal information in terms of the Data Protection Policy. You warrant that your personal information which you submit to us is accurate, current and complete. Payment Terms
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

DigiTechPoint accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal payments. We use third-party payment processor (Stripe) to bill you for Services we offer. The processing of payments may be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processors in addition to this Agreement. We are not responsible for error by the Payment Processors. By choosing to use paid Services, you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processors, all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of such paid Services in accordance with the applicable payment terms and you authorize us, through the Payment Processors, to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”). You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment

Price
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled.

Customers are entirely responsible for the payment of all taxes, specially in Canada, India, or the EU.

Return & Refund Policy
We believe in customer’s satisfaction. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the services that you’ve purchased, you can either get a partial or full refund or exchange the service for another one, be it similar or not. Please contact us within 7 days after final delivery. We’ll take necessary steps.

As of currently, we don’t have physical products and we only provide digital goods, there is nothing to be returned.

Disclaimer:
DigiTechPoint’s stuffs reserve the right to modify services details and media files. DTP stuffs also reserve the right to edit any comments/ reviews that are found to be abusive, offensive, contain profanity, serves as spam, is largely self-promotional, or displaying attempts to harbor irrelevant text links for any purpose.

Prohibitions
You must not misuse this Website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offense; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as “spam”; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website.
